What this role is all about

You will join Infobip as a People Operations Generalist, working closely with the Employee Engagement team to support smooth and compliant People Operations across the APAC region. Your core mission is to deliver a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and offboarding to payroll support, compliance, benefits, and expatriate management, directly contributing to Infobip’s growth and operational excellence. You will be part of a fast-paced, action-driven team that values adaptability, collaboration, and ownership, while being comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail. In this role, you will sit at the heart of People Operations, partnering with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to ensure accurate processes, strong compliance, and a positive workplace culture

What you’ll do

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, and employee documentation.Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate and complete employee records in Workday.Prepare and process employee contracts, letters, and HR documentation.Handle expatriate-related activities such as EP and DP applications and renewals, tax implementations, and contract renewals.Administer insurance policies and support timely monthly payroll updates.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, audits, and disciplinary documentation.Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and CSR activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare regular HR reports, trackers, and presentations for stakeholders.

What makes you a strong fit

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 8 years of experience in a similar HR or People Operations role.Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly Workday, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.Solid experience managing employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, and compliance.Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in APAC.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have qualifications

Experience with insurance administration.Experience planning employee engagement initiatives and internal events.Exposure to CSR programs and social responsibility initiatives.Additional experience supporting expatriate management processes across regions.
