People Lead, East Suzhou Plant
**Job Description** **Job responsibilities:** 1) Build partnerships with key stakeholders to understand the impact of people decisions on business/supply chain, providing external support from an internal perspective, to achieve business goals 2) Oversee on-site labor relations strategies, including communications, joint committee relations, and compliance topics 3) Promote participation in the plant culture agenda; Provide guidance to leadership on key cultural elements and organizational values in a high position Performance of the management of the work system and ensure effective factory learning management 4) From HR planning insights and decision-making to talent acquisition, leadership development, early career planning, career development direction, Talent echelon planning and transfer, as well as strategic talent assessments, working with the leadership team to determine strategic priorities 5) use data analytics to drive solution development and decision-making and translate these solutions and decisions into actionable plans, This has an impact on the results and facilitates the implementation of business strategies. Report to HR Services Partners in the market The latest any local, legal and regulatory changes 6) Support plant leaders by effectively managing attendance systems and attendance policies as needed, for plant supervisors and workers The Plant Leadership Pillar provides guidance to meet plant needs/KP, supporting performance adjustments in a timely manner 7) Leadership role in HR management processes/impacts of any plant transformation through effective change management Job Requirements: **Experiences:** With background in manufacturing sites, with lean/IL6S experiences as a preference. More than 7 years in experience in HR, and at least 2 years in leading a team Preferred with experiences in leading changes/big projects/programs in a manufacturing site **Skills:** Good leadership and communication skills Proficient English skill, both written and orally Good Business partnering skills; Can work closely with plant team; mature enough to coach and influence the managers in plant; Good org. agility. Can identify the org/talent opportunities in the site, and can support the plant leadership team to achieve future goals in terms of org/talents; **Traits:** Open to learn, and strong change agility, can fit into new environments Strong motivation to deliver and to grow; with potential to further grow in MDLZ Mobility to work in Shang Hai in future; Reliable & Result Driven; Resilient and can handle pressure independently No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International entered the China market in 1984.
