About the Role
We are looking for a visionary People Experiencie Lead, to manage the people strategy across MOW regions—covering APAC, IMEA, and SELAM, for one our client. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the CEO, where you will align business priorities with HR initiatives, accelerate the talent agenda, and shape a culture that inspires growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do Lead Talent Acquisition & Leadership Enablement
Drive end-to-end recruitment, ensure competitive compensation strategies, and coach leaders to maximize performance and accountability. Accelerate the Talent Agenda
Design and implement frameworks for succession planning, high-potential development, and performance management to build future-ready teams. Champion Culture & Employee Experience
Create initiatives that foster engagement and inclusion, enhance onboarding, and amplify employee voices through surveys and feedback programs. Leverage Data & Analytics for Impact
Establish robust reporting processes, deliver actionable insights, and use analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize HR outcomes. Optimize Global Processes & Systems
Streamline HR operations, improve career pathways, and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency across regions. Inspire and Develop an International Team
Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team across multiple geographies. What We’re Looking For English at native level. Spanish is not requiered It is required to have extensive international experience, having lived in different countries. 10+ years of HR experience in recruiting, talent management, employee journey, data analytics, and process efficiency. It is required: Tech, AI, or fast-moving start-up experience, or a strong multi-industry background. Consulting or advisory experience is definitely a plus. Or a strong multi-industry background Proven success in international roles, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics effectively. Consulting mindset and strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges. Tech-savvy and curious about AI and emerging technologies in HR. Willingness to travel. Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Influential leader who builds trust through collaboration. Resilient, adaptable, and purpose-driven—no ego.
