You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.
**How you will contribute**
Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation support for processes in your area of responsibility and will deliver them within agreed to deadlines and ensure service quality is maintained. You will ensure that all activities comply with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations and work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance. You will deal with access requests/issues and identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities.

**What you need to know about this position:**
You will be the main HR point of contact for plant operations, acting as an HR Generalist. Lead the delivery of high-quality and timely data, with a vision for innovation and automation, especially for union negotiations. Also, you will manage an intern at the Lima plant.

**Education / Certifications:**
Process Engineering, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Technology training.
**Job specific requirements:**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, in companies with more than 100 employees.
+ Experience in legal and labor processes (lawsuits, replacements, inspections).
+ Knowledge of payroll and closing processes.
+ Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Technical Skills:
+ Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
+ Intermediate PowerBI - desirable
+ Experience with Automate and PowerApps - desirable
+ Knowledge of technology, system, and server migration (Workday, Visual, Azure) - desirable
**Work schedule:**
100% on-site position at the Lima plant, Peru.
No Relocation support available
