People Experience Advisor is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact to employees where self-service/shared services support is not available and sits with in the local BU squad team. Where appropriate the PE Advisor will support implementation of local projects or initiatives.

PE Responsibilities

Support site for local systems related to HR services that impact the Core (Hourly) and Support (Salaried) and tailored to the needs of the site (e.g. Employee Center, Time & Attendance systems etc.)

Own the Payroll Process for the site: Act as a point of contact between team leaders and Payroll Services team to ensure accurate weekly pay cycles

Drive changes at the site level that positively impact the People Services Strategy, including driving a culture of Self-Service and implementation of changes to People Technology platforms

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the site and partner to solve key business challenges through People Services delivery and building Line Manager Capability related to People Services

Work as part of the BU squad, including all People Services partners along with the broader People Experience team.

Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation

Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services

Partner with the central LOA team and local People Team to be the point of contact for the site for LOA process management

 

Other key responsibilities include:

Providing HR advice and guidance in relation to the site, empowered to use their judgement and business knowledge to pre-empt any HR concerns and     proactively seek solutions

Supports documentation and implements local / state specific processes

Responsible for identifying service issues, proposing improvements and supporting implementing changes

Partner with Labor Relations team at site to enable smooth People Experience transactions that lead to positive Labor Relations

Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree preferred; or Equivalent: high school diploma + 4+ years of experience required

2+ years of HR experience; HR Coordinator, HR Intern, HR Assistant

Digital Intelligence - Ability to bring technologies, insights and partners together by Leveraging innovative platforms and tools.

Experience Management - Drive transformative business outcomes through brilliant service strategy and execution, seamless process excellence, and industry-leading performance management.

Technical Agility - Leverages leading edge technology to optimize our business processes and enhance our capabilities.

Delivery Management - Deliver reliable, secure, simple and controlled services and Solutions at the best cost.

Client Engagement – Understand key business drivers, end-to-end solutions and driving the change to increase value and growth.

Design Thinking-Solving problems by prioritizing the consumer's needs above all else using process(es).

Lean Six Sigma(L6S) - To continuously improve a process outcome through identifying and eliminating the defects as well as reducing variables within the process.

Other important competencies: ServiceNow/Workday (technical/functional understanding); Communication; Conflict Management; Change Management; Policy Knowledge

The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
