Ready to get started? **Main responsibilities:** + Execute global strategies and processes across GBU/GF with local adaptation + Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and culture implementation + Collaborate with People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver local people priorities + Support implementation and evolution of the People & Culture operating model + Manage employee relations matters and concerns with appropriate escalation paths + Provide expert guidance on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices + Support the business with organisational changes + Champion the adoption of self-service tools (ESS/MSS) and support digital transformation initiatives within People & Culture + Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities + Drive talent management initiatives and development programs + Guide managers and employees through the performance management cycle + Facilitate year-end calibration processes in partnership with People Business Partners + Support implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and provide coaching guidance + Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning activities with Managers **About you** **Experience:** Demonstrable success in an HR/People & Culture role in a Multinational Company Environment, has handled complex cases / projects across Employee Relations, Organisational Change and Organisational Development.
