**Position** : People & Culture/Recruiting Coordinator ( **_Minnesota Local Candidates Only!!)_**
**Location** : Golden Valley, Minnesota (Hybrid, 3-days onsite)
**Compensation Range:** 30-35/hr W2
**Contract Length:** 4.5 months with possible extension
The People & Culture/Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the People & Culture team and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the People & Culture function, primarily supporting the recruitment process, with a focus on supporting technology talent acquisition in the US market.
**What you do**
· Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals.
· Assist in managing the job posting process on internal and external sites, ensuring content effectively captures the role.
· Support the recruiting and hiring process for various levels and roles, coordinating logistics and communications.
· Review applications, assist in screening candidates, and schedule interviews.
· Maintain and track recruiting data, including pipeline activity, candidate status, and performance metrics.
· Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including offer letters, background checks, HRIS entry, and completion of new hire paperwork.
· Work with HR Business Partners and the Compensation to ensure alignment and continuity across roles within the organization.
**What you bring**
· Minimum BS/BA or equivalent experience.
· Experience in HR, recruitment coordination or a related role, preferably in matrixed environments.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple concurrent priorities.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
· Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
· Quick understanding of the company's value proposition and ability to convey it through various communication channels.
· Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Preferred
· Recruiting experience in an enterprise organization
