This role provides you with an opportunity to leverage your prior HR experience and grow your career. You will be part of the North America HR team at ManpowerGroup’s Global Headquarters where you will provide outcome-based coaching and consulting in support of the Corporate Functional teams. In partnership with the People & Culture Partner and broader P&C team, the People & Culture Consultant will provide consulting/coaching to the Headquarters functional teams in support of business priorities to include talent acquisition, talent planning and development, organizational development & change management, performance optimization, rewards & recognition.
+ Lead and execute key people practices in support of strategic priorities for the Corporate Functions in collaboration with managers and the People & Culture team
+ Coach people managers and employees in the interpretation and understanding of company policies, talent strategies and people practices to drive engagement and result
+ Assume a consultative approach in partnering with managers and employees, asking the right questions leading to informed business recommendations or solutions
+ Conduct/lead internal investigations for staff employees, leading to the successful resolution of the issue
+ Partner with the People & Culture Partner and functional teams on strategic priorities and high impact projects
+ Embrace our cultural attributes, encouraging and promoting the right behaviors, actions and decisions
Requirments:
+ A minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related major preferred, but will consider a mix of education and experience
+ PHR or SPHR desired
+ Prior experience supporting & consulting with employees and leaders at all levels
+ Prior experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple business units or brands
+ Experience in promoting and executing simple, effective people practices to reflect our brand, enable us to attract and retain great people and reinforce our culture.
+ An innovative, progressive mindset and approach to people practices, programs and systems
+ A highly collaborative, outcome focused approach to achieving business goals.
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); strong listening skills to provide meaningful coaching
+ Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships to effectively support the organization
+ Ability to embrace and navigate external and internal changes, maintaining focus on business goals/priorities
+ Prior change management experience; working knowledge of change management disciplines, principles and tools
+ Strong organizational/project management skills
+ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
+ Strong technology proficiency, including strong use of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Google apps a plus
+ HR expertise inclusive of knowledge of principles, practices and disciplines of effective human resource management
This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture.
