_You will be a key member of the International Manufacturing and Supply People & Culture Leadership Team and for P&C MCO Africa team. You will be expected to work in close partnership with Africa M&S & P&C MCO team and related People Business Partners across Sanofi International Markets. _ You will be the Strategic partner to business leaders, identifying and advocating for business needs using data insights. In this role you enable transformation, consult and coach business leaders on effective people and talent management. **1. Strategic Partnership** + Ensure the deployment of One P&C agenda and P&C culture change at M&S sites + Drive P&C function matters at site level and provide input to MCO view + Partner with M&S Leadership teams to support their individual development + Provide coaching at leadership level to related functions + Act in advisory capacity concerning escalations for key and leadership roles **2. Employee and Manager Support** + Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition COE on senior leadership hires + Liaise with the People Excellence Partners team to ensure the P&C support for employees and line managers, in M&S sites **3. Workforce Planning and Budget Management** + Provide input on workforce planning for the respective teams in a given function and country + Manage personnel cost/budget for the sites, in partnership with market P&C Director MCO **4. Service Improvement and Collaboration** + Provide input to People Excellence Partner team and to People Services for improving service experience and efficiency + Champion learn, share & re-apply across the Sanofi organization by collaborating with PBPs, PEx Partners, CoEs and People Services **5. Transformation and Change Management** + Enable transformation and consult/coach Leaders on effective people and talent management + Contribute to global strategic activities like workforce planning, talent development, culture, and diversity & inclusion **6. Data-Driven Insights** + Partner with business leaders to identify needs and advocate for them using data insights + Utilize analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills to support the business + **Maintain Compliance** + Abide by the requirements of the code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company + **Ethical Leadership** + Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (including the Industry Code of Practice, Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken. + **Environmental and Safety Leadership** + To care for his/her own safety and wellbeing and the safety of others, and to co-operate with the company to ensure a safe place of work.
