Use a cohort-based approach for this. + Lead the Organization Pillar under the Integrated Lean Sigma umbrella for AMEA, anchoring the regional Organization Pillar masterplan and coaching / qualifying the Organization Pillar network across the region + Support and partner key People worktracks for MSC for the region (Talent Management, People Analytics, Engagement & Communication) + Lead the work on the SMETA / Human Rights agenda across AMEA and build capability / develop AMEA as a house of best practice. + Lead the deployment of High Performance Work System (HPWS) principles and Skill and Contribution Based Pay & Progression systems across AMEA sites. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
