In addition, you will build and leverage a strong internal and external stakeholder network to support strategic objectives, and manage organisational, process, and policy change initiatives, either independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will manage periodic reporting, for senior leadership, reporting for year-end talent and remuneration processes and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests from the Central team and Group Head. You will partner closely with the Global People and Culture Director to deliver Macquarie Asset Management’s P&C strategy and priorities. You will work collaboratively across the broader Macquarie Asset Management P&C team, supporting Talent and Business Partner functions as needed, and contribute to major business initiatives, such as mergers, acquisitions, exits and investor due diligence, by providing P&C coordination and guidance. You will be responsible for producing high-quality strategy documents, presentations, and analysis for senior leadership, ensuring insights and recommendations are communicated clearly.In addition, you will build and leverage a strong internal and external stakeholder network to support strategic objectives, and manage organisational, process, and policy change initiatives, either independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
