**About the Role:**
As a CBRE People Analytics Consultant, you will fulfill internal reporting requests regarding the employee population for management.
This job is part of the People Analytics function. They are responsible for reviewing and providing data to help with the development of strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Prepare basic reports and presentations on demographic profiles, turnover ratios, etc. for various audiences.
+ Update databases and perform trend evaluations on historical turnover, recruiting, and staffing.
+ Perform ad-hoc reviews of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, leveraging HR and other business-relevant data to perform workforce and measurement improvements.
+ Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data to generate insights and address reporting needs.
+ Assist with the design, production, and maintenance of various HR dashboards and scorecards to provide key workforce measures.
+ Monitor trends and act on areas of concern alongside HR Business Partners.
+ Create simple algorithms to identify patterns and insights from datasets.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining dynamic Power BI dashboards, including the ability to meet ad hoc reporting needs across functions such as Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Safety.
+ Experience maintaining analytics infrastructure and driving process and technology optimization to improve data accessibility and impact.
+ Strong analytical judgment with the ability to evaluate and interpret insights from multiple data sources to inform strategic decisions.
+ A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to challenge existing processes and contribute fresh, data-driven perspectives.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query), with working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $100,000 and the maximum salary for the is 113,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
