We are seeking a Pensions Implementation Consultant to join our team. Within this role you’ll use your expertise to deliver seamless client onboarding and project execution.
This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the office. This role can be based out of Bristol / Edinburgh / Birmingham / Chichester.
We will count on you to:
Lead and manage implementation projects and client onboarding processes with precision and professionalism.Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery.Support finance teams in managing outstanding debts related to your projects.Identify and refer business opportunities to specialists within Mercer and the wider Marsh group.Ensure all work under your responsibility meets Mercer’s high-quality standards.What you need to have:
Proven project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.Experience in client interaction.Experience within employee benefits / pension administration.What makes you stand out:
