About this role:

Pega Transformation & AI‑Powered Case Management Leader - Chief Operating Office - AI Center of Excellence

Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic, solution‑oriented leader to serve as the Pega Transformation & AI‑Powered Case Management Leader within the COO AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you will modernize cross‑COO workflows and scale reusable automation and AI capabilities to make operations faster and more effective. As the AI Center of Excellence’s primary Pega Transformation Consultant and strategic advisor, you will set the approach, guide teams from idea through implementation, and ensure solutions are practical and scalable.

What You Will Do:

Workflow Strategy & Delivery

Redesign cross‑COO workflows and remove friction through automation and AI.

Partner with senior leaders to prioritize high‑value modernization opportunities and improve execution and experience.

Translate priorities into a multi‑year roadmap with clear sequencing and measurable outcomes.

Define what Pega Generative AI features to use to drive reliable, repeatable impact.

Workflow Product Leadership

Co‑own the roadmap for shared workflow and AI products used across COO teams.

Prioritize what gets built next based on business value, urgency, and how broadly it can be reused.

Drive delivery across product, engineering, and operations, keeping work on track, quality high, and results measurable.

Executive & Cross‑Functional Alignment

Serve as the day‑to‑day bridge between business teams, engineering, enterprise architecture, and key partners.

Turn complex inputs into clear recommendations and tradeoffs that executives and non‑technical stakeholders can act on.

Build shared ownership across teams from intake through rollout and adoption.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

Deep Pega expertise (Lead System Architect or System Architect certification) with proven delivery of enterprise‑scale, horizontal case management and workflow automation.

Strategy/management consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) leading implementations and end‑to‑end client engagements, coordinating stakeholders, plans, and delivery across teams.

Executive presence with a product mindset. Creates the vision, sets direction, influences senior leaders, and drives delivery to measurable result

Job Expectations:

Ability to work on site in a hybrid role.
