Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury and help build or restore vocational/ daily living skills as well as general independence.
EducationBachelor's Degree (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)Doctorate Degree in Occupational TherapyCertification/LicensureFor PACE and Resource Pool, incumbents must have at least one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
Must possess State License and NBCOT Certification.
Valid NBCOT Certified Occupational Therapist - Certifications - National Board Certification In Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and license required in state of practice.
