The Heart of the Role As a Clinical Manager, you are the bridge between a family’s fear and their peace of mind. You will lead a dedicated team of field nurses in Hudson County, ensuring that our "little heroes" receive the sophisticated, high-tech care they need in the comfort of their own bedrooms. To succeed here, you need a balance of high-tech expertise and high-touch empathy. + The Credentials: A current NJ RN License and a degree from an accredited School of Nursing. + The Expertise: At least 1 year of pediatric home care experience. You must be an expert in Tracheostomy and Ventilator care—you’ll be the "go-to" for your staff. + The Spirit: You are a natural leader who can think critically under pressure and communicate with warmth and clarity. + The Commitment: Reliability is a must. You’ll manage a 40-hour week that includes regular home visits and occasional overnight check-ins to support our tireless night-shift heroes.
