**Job Title: Harvest Driver (No Experience Needed!)** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and skilled harvest drivers to operate and manage combines safely and efficiently during the harvest season. This position requires a commitment to long hours and a focus on safety and coordination to optimize field productivity. **Responsibilities** + Operate combine controls safely and responsibly. + Inspect combines for any issues and report them promptly. + Clean combines daily both inside and outside. + Drive combines safely on roads to and from fields. + Assist mechanics as needed. + Coordinate dumping sequences to maximize field efficiency. + Read and write field tickets accurately. + Maintain clear communication with field shop managers, supervisors, and the scale house. + Operate tractors with attachments as required. **Wage** + $19.55 per hour **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency in machine operation. + Farming and agricultural skills. + Strong cleaning skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to climb ladders onto and off combines multiple times. + Ability to work long shifts of 12 hours in the field with travel time. + Possession of a valid driver’s license. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a direct placement opportunity for drivers who have previous experience as viner drivers, with competitive hourly pay rates.
