Schedule: 2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Pay: $20 an hr
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production goals while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What You’ll DoPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, including mechanical, electrical, conveyor, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC/control system issues.
Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, and potential failures.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation.
Document all maintenance activities using CMMS or manual logs.
Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain tools, parts, and supplies; communicate inventory and restocking needs.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Basic familiarity with PLCs and industrial control systems preferred.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Basic computer skills; CMMS experience a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial setting.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
