The PCM Senior Specialist Productivity role in Mondelēz organizational structure is responsible for managing MEU projects focused on productivity, sustainability, BCP, specification change or quality improvements in our key iconic products.

This role is part of our Bakery category which gives you a unique chance to work with such brands as Oreo, Milka, Belvita, LU, 7Days,TUC, Chips Ahoy, Cadbury etc.

This role interfaces with RD&Q, BD, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights, Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement, Artwork Agency, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project planning: facilitation of the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirementsCross-functional project team management; identifying and engaging cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project briefMonitoring project progress and provide corrective action if necessary.Maintaining project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues & risksMaintaining quality communication with all functions engaged in the project, including raising profile of projects through representation of projects at senior forumsEnsuring that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place -  to keep the project on track, accelerate or stop the project if the business need existsEnsuring that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business systemEnsuring correct Product Labeling Specifications (PLS) handling, Artwork process coordination and Co packing handling.

What you need to be successful:

Project Management experience and knowledge preferableWorking knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles is an advantageQualifications – degree level or equivalent, Project Management qualification an advantageFMCG experience is a benefitAbility to demonstrate strong meetings management, advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholdersStrong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving deliveryProcess oriented – ability to monitor, measure, reportHigh level of experience with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.Experience or eagerness to develop in project team management will be a plus
