PCI Technician
Job Description A client in the Colorado area is looking for a technical resource to join their team who is knowledgeable within the PCI Energy Solutions software platform. This candidate will be a technical resource for the team who can troubleshoot issues/tickets that come in regarding tasks, logs, or messages. This candidate will be responsible for identifying the issue and working with the PCI support team for resolution. The integrations for this platform are written in C#, so this resource will need to be able to assist C# developers on the team on how to read/interpret logs/tasks so as to help in the resolution. Additionally, it would be preferred that the candidate also had exposure to the PCO ETRM module for energy trading. This will be a 6 mo contract with possible extensions - associated with a major project initiative for this client. Skills and Requirements - Hands on technical experience troubleshooting tasks, logs, and messages via the PCI Energy Solutions software platform - Experience interacting with PCI support, resolving issues remotely with support teams - Experience working with development teams to assist in understanding logs for needed fixes - Experience with the ETRM module (energy trading)
