You’ll work in a clean, organized manufacturing environment where your skills and contributions are truly valued. **Position Details** + Shift: Second Shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM) + Pay: $19–$23/hour (based on experience) **What You’ll Do** + Inspect electronic assemblies, including fine-pitch SMT and through-hole components + Use microscopes and magnifiers to detect defects + Follow technical drawings and procedures with precision + Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals + Apply quality control methods such as SPC and TQC **What You Bring** + Minimum 6 months of experience in electronics inspection + Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards + Strong understanding of circuit board quality and soldering inspection + Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Word + Excellent attention to detail and communication skills **Work Environment** + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs + Comfortable with standing, sitting, and moving throughout the shift + Hands-on, focused work in a supportive setting **Why You’ll Love It Here** + Long-term opportunity with growth potential + Team-oriented, supportive culture + Stability in a growing company **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
