Job Description
We are seeking skilled PCB Box Build Operators to perform box build assemblies using visual aids and work instructions. This role involves both mechanical and electronic assembly operations in an electronics manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly operations using standard measuring tools and techniques.Carry out electronic assembly operations such as installation of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or other electronic components.Set up and use tools and equipment in the box build area.Escalate quality issues to the leader.Maintain 5S and discipline in the working area.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2-5 years of experience as a mechanical operator in an electronics manufacturing environment.Proficiency in assembly, PCB assembly, box build, and cable assembly.Ability to read blueprints.Knowledge of IPC-610 Standards.Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.Autonomy.Sense of responsibility.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
