Award-winning Talise Spa provides a sanctuary for guests seeking rejuvenation, featuring world-class amenities and expert therapists. **About the Role:** An opportunity has arisen for a PBX position to join our Front Office Department at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are + Answer and manage all guest and internal calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude. + Operate the switchboard and assist guests with their telephone needs. + Provide accurate information and excellent service to ensure a great guest experience. + Handle messages, wake-up calls, and basic administrative tasks efficiently. + Support the team and contribute to smooth daily hotel operations. **About you:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + 1–2 years’ experience in hotel operations or customer service, ideally in a 5-stars hotels + Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Protel) and Microsoft Office. + Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and a professional, guest-focused demeanor under pressure. + Good level of English, another languages are a plus. **About the Benefits:** Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who like to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brand in the hospitality industry.
