Overview This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a dynamic and motivated Payroll Tax Analyst to join our team! This person will perform various tasks and responsibilities related to payroll to ensure proper filing and payment of employer payroll taxes for North America. You will coordinate with external vendors and tax entities to research and resolve tax filing questions and issues. FL Corporate Office - Camp Hill 3543 Simpson Ferry Road Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011 Responsibilities Research and resolve discrepancies in employer tax filings Ensure timely and accurate filings and payments to tax authorities Remit daily funding to the treasury team to cover payroll taxes assessed on the current payroll cycle Ensure proper set up of tax jurisdictions Research and respond to various inquiries from employees regarding withholding tax Assess issues encountered in daily processes and reconciliations Communicate issues and escalate, where appropriate, for resolution Qualifications High school diploma or Associates Degree preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years of related experience helpful Some experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at basic level is required Strong ability to communicate, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills – needs to be able to accommodate multiple tasks Demonstrates problem solving skills and is detail oriented Strong drive to achieve, highly motivated team player Proactive nature, ability to assess situations to determine necessary escalation for decision making Able to accept direction Works well with fellow associates and be an integral part of the team Punctual and meets attendance requirements #LI-JJ1 #LI-HYBRID Benefits The base hourly salary is $20 - $24 / hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
