Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Description

This position involves working through, logging, and resolving payroll tax notices. The role requires experience with 941s, 940s, and state income tax, along with payroll tax registration and account reconciliation.

ResponsibilitiesWork through and resolve payroll tax notices efficiently.Log and manage all payroll tax notices.Handle 941s, 940s, and state income tax processes.Register payroll taxes accurately.Perform account reconciliations to ensure compliance and accuracy.Essential SkillsAt least 4 years of payroll tax experience.Proficiency in payroll tax, tax notices, tax returns, reconciliation, and tax accounting.Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Experience with Viewpoint and/or SharePoint is a nice to have.Work Environment

The payroll tax team consists of seven members, and this role will report directly to the Payroll Tax Manager. The work environment fosters collaboration and teamwork within a specialized team of tax professionals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
