Payroll System Integration Advisor
Position Description:

Become the primary point of contact for clients throughout the integration of their new company. Take full responsibility for the onboarding process, including solution configuration, client training, and thorough follow‑up until the transition to Customer Service.

You will play a key role in supporting our clients and making a positive impact in their daily operations. You will bring a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company, becoming their trusted advisor.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Onboard new clients to the payroll service and any selected complementary modules
- Analyze and confirm client needs, while ensuring all necessary follow‑ups to maintain their satisfaction
- Perform testing to ensure quality and comply with current ISO processes
- Train clients on software usage and inform them about applicable legislation
- Support clients through the processing of their first payrolls
- Carry out various administrative tasks: billing, portal access management, documentation, follow‑ups, etc.
- Stay up to date on changes and enhancements related to our solutions

As a payroll solutions expert, you will support our clients by phone and online.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in payroll
- Strong customer service orientation, along with analytical, synthesis, and planning skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Training in “Understanding Online Payroll Principles” from Collège Ahuntsic or accreditation from the National Payroll Institute (an asset)
- Basic accounting knowledge for general ledger integration (an asset)
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50 000–$85 000. This role is an existing vacancy.
