Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an experience Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the Payroll Department supporting the payroll operations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Payroll Specialist - US

Location: Beloit, WI

Pay Range: 70K - 85K

What's the Job?

Manage high volume payroll cycles on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis Ensure compliance with payroll tax obligations and statutory requirements across multiple US states Handle year-end payroll processing and reporting Utilize SAP and ADP Globalview systems to process payroll accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service and support to employees regarding payroll inquiries

What's Needed?

Minimum of 5 years experience with SAP and/or ADP Globalview systems At least 5 years of US payroll processing experience Experience processing payroll across 5+ US states Knowledge of payroll tax obligations and statutory compliance Ability to manage high volume payroll cycles with accuracy and timeliness
