*This person will be the first point of contact for payroll related questions and issues and provide excellent Tier I support for general questions and issues
Description
•\tSupport the intake, assigning, research, and resolution of general payroll and timekeeping inquiries
•\tAssist with specific data entry such as direct deposit, supervisory and demographic information changes
•\tMonitor payroll hotline while providing outstanding customer service support
•\tAssist with workflow approvals with ADP Vantage as needed
•\tAssist with special projects as identified by the Payroll/HRIS Systems Manager and Payroll Ancillary Manager
•\tLearn specific duties of Time & Attendance Analyst and Payroll/HRIS Analyst to act as backup
•\tPerforms other related duties as assigned

•\tStrong ability to collaborate with other team members to resolve payroll variances, provide reporting support and deliver quality results to employees and external customers

•\tDemonstrated ability to produce data in a clear and understandable manner meeting user requirements
•\tExperience providing support to 3,000+ employees/processor
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Addison, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
