Process biweekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, deductions, and benefits adjustments.

Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation components.

Ensure accurate withholding and remittance of payroll taxes, garnishments, and other statutory deductions.

Reconcile payroll reports, general ledger accounts, and benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, tax forms, and timekeeping issues in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax filings (e.g., W-2s, 1099s), and support internal and external audits as needed.
