We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to efficiently process payroll for all US hourly and salaried employees on a bi-weekly basis using UKG/ADP. The role involves auditing employee payroll data, calculating timecards, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll reports and deductions.
ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll bi-weekly through UKG/ADP for all US employees.Audit employee payroll data, payments, and hours.Calculate and process timecards and corrections.Interpret payroll reporting from payroll systems.Adjust data for hours worked and PTO as necessary.Ensure garnishments and wage attachments are correctly set up.Assist with annual 401k audits in collaboration with upper management.Manage payroll and benefits processing for separated employees.Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.Complete federal, state, and local tax deposits as required by law.Ensure payroll functions adhere to established policies and regulations.Complete all payroll reports, paperwork, and documents accurately and timely.Essential SkillsExtensive payroll processing experience.Proficiency in UKG software.Knowledge of ADP and tax regulations.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.10+ years of full-cycle payroll experience.3+ years of experience with UKG for payroll.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Sage Intacct is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe position is based at the headquarters and involves working in a hanger-type facility. The payroll specialist will be the sole person responsible for all payroll activities within the company, currently employing 350 staff members, with plans to grow to over 500 employees by the end of 2026.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
