PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support a major ADP Global View implementation and upcoming merger & acquisition (M&A) payroll integration activities. This role is essential to ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and smooth system transitions during a period of significant organizational change.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at data validation and testing, and brings deep expertise in ADP Global View payroll operations.

 Key Responsibilities Support testing and validation activities for the ADP Global View system implementation, including timekeeping platform updates Assist with payroll components of M&A activity, including data migration, system testing, and payroll integration verification Ensure accurate payroll calculations, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings Review, organize, and process payroll documentation required by federal, state, and local agencies (e.g., W?2s) Manage employee pay distribution, including direct deposit setup and issue resolution Maintain and update payroll records; identify discrepancies and escalate as needed Audit employee timesheets for accuracy, compliance, and policy adherence Prepare payroll-related journal entries to support period-end reporting and reconciliation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness and payroll continuity  Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of payroll or closely related experience Expertise using ADP Global View Experience with system testing, validation, or implementations Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, earnings calculations, and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Strong problem?solving skills and sound professional judgment  Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or related field Experience with Kronos or SAP timekeeping systems Prior involvement in payroll support during M&A activities Experience preparing payroll-related journal entries Familiarity with Fieldglass time reporting  Why Join Us?

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
