We have an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to work for our client on a 5-month contract basis, with the potential to be converted to a permanent, full-time employee. This Payroll Specialist will work directly with the decision-makers and executive team. What better way to learn and do more than to work with the powers that be?!

This Payroll Specialist will be responsible for assisting with:
- Processing payroll for employees
- Handling payroll discrepancies and inquiries
- Maintaining accurate payroll records
- Assisting with payroll tax compliance
- Various related ad-hoc projects, including possibly assisting with a system implementation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is preferred
- 1+ years of payroll processing experience
- Comfortable working in Excel
- Experience with payroll systems preferred
