Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and following up on ADP Garnishment cases through the Smart Compliance system. This role involves substantial communication with ADP and legal offices to gather and clarify necessary information.

ResponsibilitiesManage processes and follow up on ADP Garnishment cases through the Smart Compliance system.Communicate via chat and phone with ADP and legal offices to obtain missing information.Work within the portal to assist with pulling and coding invoices from ADP, directing them to the appropriate personnel.Engage in portal communication to obtain further clarification and conduct case research.Reach out to attorney's offices for additional information as required.Pull and analyze reporting data.Assist with payroll processing and handle various payroll-related tasks.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma required.Experience with payroll processes and garnishment requests, preferably from a law office or court system.Strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with internal teams and external vendors.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor or Associate degree preferred.Experience with ADP systems is advantageous.Ability to work independently.Work Environment

This position requires attendance in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the potential to increase to three days per week. Candidates must be open to coming onsite as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Collierville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.56 - $24.56/hr.
