Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist for a contract-to-hire position located in McMinnville, OR. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for all exempt and nonexempt employees. This role requires someone who can manage time efficiently and handle tight deadlines, as approvers are on PST. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll and time capture software, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
This is an onsite role with a 4x10s schedule, offering some flexibility on hours and days. You will be working in a manufacturing facility where steel-toed shoes are required; these are reimbursable up to $125 per year once converted. The dress code is suitable for a manufacturing environment, so jeans are acceptable. The HR/Payroll/Benefits team consists of three members, and while the work can be fast-paced and stressful, the team aims to have fun. Confidentiality and discretion are essential as payroll works under the Human Resources department.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
