Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll processing with a strong emphasis on Workday T&E/Payroll, FLSA regulations, and on-demand payment management for organizations with 500+ employees. Responsibilities + Process payroll using Workday T&E/Payroll for 500+ employees. + Ensure compliance with FLSA regulations and manage on-demand payments, including handling missing hours and termination/final hours. + Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. + Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis, including creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. + Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor, ensuring effective communication with employees and management. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Workday T&E/Payroll. + Experience with FLSA payroll processing. + Ability to manage on-demand payments for a large employee base. + Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. + Attention to detail and effective communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preference for candidates in Central or East Coast time zones. + Experience with multistate payroll processing. + Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a dynamic team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
