Join Citi’s Payroll Team in Budapest and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment!

We are looking for a Payroll Senior Analyst to the Citi Shared Services Payroll Team, which is based in Budapest and is responsible for managing 44 countries’ payroll processes across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day payroll operations for a set of assigned countriesAnalyze and interpret data and make recommendationsReview and keep the documentation of internal procedures and business requirements up-to-dateEnsure proper implementation of global payroll controls and standardsServe as subject matter expert for payroll processes within the teamInteract with key stakeholders and internal/external partners effectivelyManage and report control issues with transparency

Ideal background:

5+ years of experience in a related roleBachelor’s/University degreeGood communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office/ExcelExcellent analytical skills EMEA countries payroll knowledge is an advantageGerman or French payroll process knowledge is a plus
