Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for our dynamic organization. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees across our design and manufacturing divisions. While this position does not have direct reports, it requires strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and execute bi-weekly and monthly payroll cycles for salaried and hourly employees.

-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting.

-Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

-Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, benefits, and compensation changes.

-Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for Finance and senior leadership.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.

-Partner with external vendors and auditors during year-end processes and audits.

-Stay current on payroll best practices, legislative changes, and system upgrades.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
