WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all payroll-related activities at our Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. This state-of-the-art facility with almost 250,000 sqm, set to open in the second half of 2026, will be the largest and most highly automated DC in our global network.
You will play a key role in shaping the payroll function from the ground up, including leading the selection and implementation of the payroll provider and establishing all new processes and ways of working to support the operations of the DC. This includes ensuring full compliance with legal requirements across all HR processes and providing comprehensive support to employees on all HR-related matters. Your main responsibilities include:
Support the recruitment of your future team; lead and support the Payroll Team to ensure engagement, efficiency, and high performanceOversee payroll processing for all DC and agency employeesEnsure compensation and benefits align with local laws, company policies and employee expectationsMaintain payroll systems, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency, security, and data integrityCollaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure smooth operationsAct as a partner in grievance processes, supporting both managers and employeesMonitor and report payroll-related KPIs to enable data-driven decision-makingEnsure compliance with local labour laws, and GDPR requirementsAdvise on compensation strategy and train DC management on payroll policies and proceduresProvide documentation and support during internal and external auditsWHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
