Our client, a leading organization in the payroll industry, is seeking a **Magnum Payroll Implementation Specialist** to join their team. As a Payroll Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the payroll department supporting the transition of a new legal entity following a recent demerger. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Payroll Implementation Specialist **Location:** Remote **Pay Range:** $44 - $50 per hour **Contract** : **3 Month** (extension possible) **What's the Job?** + Assist in the payroll processes for the new legal entity. + Support data migration and validation from Magnum payroll systems. + Process payroll transactions and maintain accurate records during the transition. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness for payroll go-live. + Respond to employee inquiries and support payroll-related communications. **What's Needed?** + **Experience with Magnum company payroll system** + **Knowledge of US and Canada payroll practices** + **2+ years of experience in payroll processing.** + Familiarity with payroll systems and data migration processes. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
