A stable, well-established organization is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll and HR benefits administration for a large client/employee owned company. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee support within a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a payroll- and benefits-focused professional who enjoys working closely with employees and managers while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency across HR operations.

What they’re looking for2+ years of payroll and/or benefits experienceExperience processing payroll for large employee basedStrong knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour compliance, and leave administrationExperience with payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and HRISStrong attention to detail, organization, and communication skillsComfortable supporting a primarily hourly, non-exempt workforceBackground in blue-collar environments is a plus
