**Payroll HR Services & Labor Relations Manager** **Location:** Mexico City **Grade:** L3 **Hiring Manager** : Ana Carolina Ranzani **Main responsibilities:** + Designs and administers proactive programs, procedures and plans related to employee relations activities. + Prepares files for discussions with unions / works councils. + Provides guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations issues Investigates formal employee comlpaints and recommande the copagny's response to the emlpoyee. + Conducts termination interviews and compliles reports & information. + Ensures that legal requierements are met in terms of emlopyee relations to minimaize exposure to liability. + Responsible for handling social legal matters **Experience:** **Soft and technical skills:** + At least 5 years of experience with end to end payroll process. + Experience working with unions payroll + Experience resolving legal requirements **Education:** Bachelor´s Degree **Languages** : At least Intermediate English Progress doesn’t happen without people – people from different backgrounds, in different locations, doing different roles, all united by one thing: a desire to make miracles happen.
