We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support payroll and time & attendance functions in a fast?paced transportation/warehouse environment. 

This is a fully onsite, contract-only role designed to provide short?term support to the HR and payroll teams.

Payroll - HR Generalist Details:

Temporary position$20.08 to $26.01 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer serviceProvide time and attendance information to Main Office Review paperwork for new associatesVerify time and attendance clock is operableVerify and maintain manual associate payroll/punch log; manually enter logged data into time and attendance system Generate daily exception log report for each managerVerify weekly time and attendance information; transmit payroll information weeklyGenerate associate time and attendance history report for managersMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Payroll - HR Generalist Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).60 WPM typingMaintain confidentiality Accuracy/attention to detailAbility to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlinesApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
