Job Description
This Payroll Garnishment Specialist will support the Corporate Payroll group with weekly garnishments using ADP systems.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare incoming garnishment documents received via mail, fax, or scan for upload into the ADP portal.Identify and separate non-garnishment documents from the incoming paperwork.Respond to ADP communications requiring research, missing information, or further action.Open and refer emails from the general Garnishment Inbox to coworkers for processing.Communicate with employees, plaintiffs, courts, or attorneys via phone or email to retrieve garnishment information and complete interrogatories that may require math calculations.Scan completed historical garnishment documents into SharePoint.Work on special projects assigned by the manager utilizing Excel spreadsheets.Essential Skills2+ years of experience with payroll processing.1+ year of experience with creditor garnishments.Experience with ADP or similar payroll software such as Ceridian, Workday, Kronos, UKG, Paylocity.Experience processing payroll for an employee pool of 500+ employees.Experience working with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs within Microsoft Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree in a relevant field.Experience with multi-state payroll.Skills in billing, invoicing, accounting, finance, data entry, and transaction processing.Work Environment
This position is based onsite at the shared services headquarters in Conshohocken, PA, working five days a week on the Garnishment team.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
