Payroll Coordinator

Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

A detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Coordinator is needed to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys solving problems independently, and communicates effectively across all levels of an organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ethics, professional integrity, and a commitment to long-term growth within the coordinator role.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess semi-monthly payroll for 1,000–1,500 domestic and international employees, including expatriates and consultants.Review and upload overtime schedules to ADP.Calculate pro-rated salaries for new hires, terminations, and employees on leave.Maintain accurate records for banking details, tax forms, and payroll backup documentation.Audit payroll output reports, investigate discrepancies, and correct system errors.Monitor payroll status reports and manage scheduled and retroactive deductions.Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to resolve payroll-related issues.Respond to inquiries from Office Administrators and Department Managers.Run interface files to import/export data between HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems.Prepare payroll funding schedules for Treasury and distribute reports to Accounting and Pension teams.Upload GL output files to the 3E accounting system.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills & ToolsPayroll processing (domestic and international)Data entry and payroll tax complianceAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, report creation)ADP systems (Vantage HCM, iReports, ADP Reporting, ADP GL)Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)Kronos Time & Attendance (preferred)Workday (preferred)Accounting (a plus)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
