CTG is seeking a Payroll Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support a client’s HR technology initiatives. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting payroll solutions while ensuring smooth integrations and end-user adoption. Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Responsibilities: Lead requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Employee Central Payroll functions (wage types, deductions, payment schedules). Manage EC to ECP replication and integrations, including Point-to-Point (PTP) frameworks. Troubleshoot replication errors, debug issues, and provide timely resolutions. Provide training and support to end-users for a smooth transition. Collaborate with clients to deliver strategic payroll solutions and operational improvements. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll Module and internal/external ECP integrations. Experience with PTP replication setup, BADIs, replication objects, Mash-up screens, and country-specific portlets. Ability to troubleshoot replication fallouts and connectivity issues. Proven track record delivering EC Payroll implementations and user support. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
