Payroll Clerk Prevailing Wage Experience
**Job Title:** Payroll Specialist (Construction Industry Experience) **Location:** Arvada, CO **Pay Range:** $30-35/hour **Position Type:** Temp to Hire **Work Environment:** Onsite **Job Description:** Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking a **Payroll Specialist** to join their team. As a **Payroll Specialist** , you will be part of the Accounting and Payroll Department, providing crucial support to the Finance Team. This role requires prior experience in payroll processing, familiarity with **Prevailing Wage** requirements, and strong attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process payroll accurately using **ADP Workforce Now** and **Spectrum** software + Maintain payroll records through precise 10-key numerical data entry + Ensure compliance with **prevailing wage** laws and payroll regulations + Resolve payroll discrepancies and collaborate with HR and Finance teams to manage taxes, benefits, and deductions + Support payroll audits and assist with reporting as needed + Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure **What’s Needed?** + Previous experience with **ADP Workforce Now** and **Spectrum** payroll systems + Familiarity with **Prevailing Wage** requirements in the construction industry + Exceptional 10-key numerical data entry skills and attention to detail + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities + Ability to work full-time, onsite, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **What’s in it for You?** + Competitive pay of **$30-35/hour** + Opportunity to gain valuable experience with a reputable organization + Potential to transition into a permanent role + Collaborative and supportive team environment + Convenient office location in **Arvada, CO** ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
