Responsibilities
Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis through UKG/ADP for all US hourly and salaried employees.Conduct peer audits of employee payroll data, payments, and hours.Calculate and process timecards and make necessary corrections.Read and decipher payroll reports from payroll systems.Adjust data for hours worked and PTO time, ensuring accurate reporting.Ensure garnishments and wage attachments are set up correctly.Set up required deductions for payroll processing.Collaborate with upper management for annual 401k audits.Manage out-processing for separated employees in payroll and benefits.Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.Complete local, state, and federal tax deposits in accordance with legal requirements.Ensure payroll functions comply with established policies, procedures, and regulations.Complete all payroll-related reports, paperwork, and documents accurately and timely.Essential Skills
Proficiency in payroll processing.Strong knowledge of employee benefitsExperience with UKG software (3+ years required).Full cycle payroll experience (10+ years required).Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
