Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

Your key responsibilities:

Ensure accurate payroll processing and data quality

Manage social security declarations and tax reporting

Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams

Support onboarding, training, and process improvements

Provide guidance on labor law and social security

What you bring:

1+ years of experience as a Specialist in Payroll, HR Operations, or HR Administration

Basic understanding of Polish payroll and Płatnik

Strong Excel skills and a university degree

Experience working in a large corporation and fast-paced environment

Fluent in Polish and English

Analytical mindset with great attention to detail

Experience with SAP, Workday, or SSC/BPO environments
