Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, required.3+ years of payroll, benefits, and HRIS experience, required.Experience in financial services, strongly preferred.Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems (Workday, ADP, UKG preferred).Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with sensitive information.

The salary for this position is $100,000-$125,000/year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
