Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while navigating a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Process payroll for employees across multiple locations and states, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. • Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including data entry, calculations, and final approvals. • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and provide timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting purposes. • Utilize payroll software systems, such as UKG Pro, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. • Adapt to evolving organizational needs and handle high-volume payroll demands effectively. • Monitor and apply changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Assist with reporting and analysis of payroll data to support decision-making. • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and concerns. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize payroll operations. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing. • Proven ability to handle payroll for multiple offices and states. • Proficiency with payroll systems, preferably UKG Pro. • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience managing payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and customer service.
